In Batman Arkham City, Harley Quinn returns as Joker’s side kick once again. Though things are not exactly great for the criminal duo. After the events of Arkham Asylum, the Clown Prince, Mister J, is sick and dying.
A lot of the work is given to Harley prior to the events of Arkham City. Such as having to break him out of the Asylum prison cells. Where Joker was being kept after his capture. Things then turn even worse when they are caught trying to escape via a boat.
